Tivoli Hosts Annual Street Painting Festival TIVOLI, N.Y. -- Tivoli's street painting festival will return for its 15th year on Saturday, Oct .1. Broadway in Tivoli will be blocked off for the day. Black & white painted squares are marked out early in the morning, designating approximately 150 individual 8'x8' painting blocks through the heart of the village.  Artists can register by downloading an application either or on the day of the event.  Boxes will be chosen on a first come, first served basis.
