The search is on for a driver who struck and killed a motorcyclist in Pennsylvania before fleeing the scene.The York County collision happened in York, at the intersection of South Belvidere Avenue and West King Street, just after 8 p.m. Saturday, June 28, according to York City Police.
A vehicle struck a female motorcyclist and fled the scene, police said. She was transported to WellSpan York Hospital, where she later died of her injuries, WHTM reports.

A man’s arm was slashed open in a savage street attack late Monday night in York, and police say the suspect was caught red-handed.
Officers rushed to the 600 block of West King Street around 11:35 p.m. on Monday, May 12, for a reported stabbing, York City Police said in a release issued on Tuesday, May 13.
At the scene, they found a 34-year-old man bleeding heavily from deep lacerations to his arm. He was taken to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment and is expected to survive, authorities said.
