Four people were charged after they were caught trespassing inside the abandoned Sheraton Crossroads Hotel in Mahwah, police said. Officers were called to the property on Friday, April 4 at 10:35 p.m. after a security officer reported seeing a group of people inside the vacant building, according to the Mahwah Police Capt. One man was killed and another was injured after a concrete wall collapsed during a home demolition. It happened in Manorhaven on Monday, July 1, according to Nassau County Police.
