NJ Man Removed Pride Flag From Flagpole: Sayreville Police A 64-year-old Sayreville man was arrested and charged on Wednesday, July 2, with removing a Pride flag from a flagpole, authorities said. On Wednesday, June 4, Michael Mosakowski entered Veterans Park near Borough Hall at 167 Main St., Sayreville police said. Mosakowski cut the flagpole rope and removed the Pride flag from the pole, damaging the flag, police said. He is charged with bias intimidation and criminal mischief, police said.
