She Sold Stolen Gun, Crack, Fentanyl In Stamford; She's Heading Back To Federal Prison
A Connecticut woman who sold fentanyl, crack cocaine, and a loaded stolen handgun will spend more than a decade in federal prison.
Amonda Mendez, 35, of Stamford, also known as “M-Dot” and “Dot,” received a 10-and-six-month prison sentence Thursday, Aug. 20, the US Attorney for the District of Connecticut said. She must serve eight years of supervised release.
The new crimes came months after her January 2025 release from federal prison.

New rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected Saturday, Aug. 22, and Sunday, Aug. 23, with the potential for torrential downpours and localized flash flooding, according to the National Weather Service.
