Neighbors told Daily Voice a male believed to be in his late teens had a gun in the building on the 400 block of Passaic Street. The building where police believe there is a barricaded subject. Cecilia Levine A young man was seen being escorted by officers from the building just after 3 p.m. The Bergen County Regional SWAT Team was at the scene.
