McDonald's is adding a new sauce and several chicken menu items for a limited time. The fast-food chain announced Caesar Sauce on the McDonald's USA Menu Spotter on Tuesday, July 14. The sauce will arrive at participating restaurants nationwide on Tuesday, July 21. The creamy sauce features garlic, parmesan, and hints of lemon.
