A screaming 911 call led Pennsylvania State Police to a blood-covered samurai sword, severed fingers, suspected cocaine, and a bizarre explanation from the man charged in the attack, court documents show.
Troopers were called to a home on Ridge Road in Franklin Township, Butler County, around 11:24 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 7, after several people were heard screaming over the phone, according to an affidavit obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Sept. 10.
