Severed Remains Case: ID Released For Male Victim From Hudson Valley For the first time, police have publicly named the second of two murder victims whose dismembered remains were found strewn across Long Island. In an update to the case on Friday, March 22, Suffolk County Police identified the male victim as 53-year-old former Westchester County resident Malcolm Brown, whose last known address is in Yonkers. Seen Her? Alert Issued For Missing 16-Year-Old From Region Police in the region are seeking tips in the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl. Albany County resident Alisha Rodgers, of Watervliet, was reported missing on Thursday, March 21. It was not immediately clear when she was last seen. Watervliet Police said the teen is considered a runaway and is known to frequent the Capital District. Rodgers is 5-foot-6 and 148 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
