Albany County resident Alisha Rodgers, of Watervliet, was reported missing on Thursday, March 21. It was not immediately clear when she was last seen. Watervliet Police said the teen is considered a runaway and is known to frequent the Capital District. Rodgers is 5-foot-6 and 148 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
