Teen Sentenced For 61 Charges Years After Lancaster Park City Center Mall Shooting
The 16-year-old boy who was charged with 61 offenses for the shooting at Park City Center, is now 19 years old and has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to serve up to 32 years in prison, the Lancaster District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, May 29.
Jeremiahs Josiah-Alberto Sanchez, of Lancaster, fired a gun stolen out of Lebanon County and endangered the lives of 52 innocent bystanders during the incident, the District Attorney's office explained.

Black Bear Spotted In Doylestown Backyard: Officials
A black bear was seen in the backyard of a Doylestown home, police said Thursday, May 23.
Authorities said the bear was spotted near Ferry Road and Iron Hill Road.
"The Pennsylvania Game Commission has been notified and is formulating a game plan," township police said.
According to the PGC, black bears are the only species of bear to call Pennsylvania home. They are most active at dusk and dawn and will eat human food, garbage, bird feed, pet foods, fruits from trees or gardens, and livestock feed.

Almost three years after a warrant was issued for the arrest of a Pennsylvania college student's accused rapist, he was taken into custody in France, numerous outlets reported on Wednesday, May 14.

A man with a mental health diagnoses has been missing for over a week, the Harrisburg police announced on May 13.
A 34-year-old Black man, Jordan Brown, was first reported as missing to the Harrisburg Bureau of Police on Monday, May 6.
He was last seen wearing dark pants, a dark-colored polo shirt, and white shoes and walking towards Division Street from North 4th Street, the police explained.
