Man Who Sexually Assaulted Young Girl At Large: Somerset County Prosecutor A 38-year-old Somerset resident is at large after he sexually assaulted a girl for four years authorities said. From 2018 through 2022, Cipriano Diaz sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 13, the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office said. The assaults occurred in Franklin Township, authorities said. A warrant has been issued for Diaz's arrest, authorities said. Diaz is 6'3" and weighs 210 pounds. At 5:13 a.m. on Route 78 west in Newark, a Chevrolet passenger vehicle was stopped in the right lane due to a previous crash when it was truck by a Freightliner truck, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The passenger of the Chevrolet was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
