The task force executed two search warrants during the raid on Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Eastman Towers at 22 Montgomery St., following an investigation of narcotics sales taking place in the area, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force.

During the search, three handguns, two of which has been reported stolen, were retrieved, in addition to the drugs, scales and packaging materials, Tasciotti said.

The five people arrested included Tanya Tull, 30, of Poughkeepsie, and Karsheen Jamison, 36, of New York City, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and criminal possession of a weapon, he added.

Sine Coulibaly, 17, Reysean Freeman, 17, and Roger Graves, 39, all of New York City, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, Tasciotti said.

All are being held at the Dutchess County jail without bail. Additional charges may be pending, police said.

The task force was assisted by the City of Poughkeepsie Police, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, and the DEA.
