At approximately 10:50 a.m. on Monday, April 24, police stopped 40-year-old Redhook resident Lisa Jackson after reports that she had been driving erratically on Route 28 in Ulster.
During the subsequent traffic stop, police said that it was determined that Jackson was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated, and she subsequently refused to a chemical test to determine her level of intoxication.
Jackson was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test, an infraction. She was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court before Justice Marsha Weiss and release. Jackson is due back in court later this year.
