Mario A. Ba Xol, 27, of Dover, is facing a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated, police said.
Ba Xol was involved in a single-car collision, and when police arrived at the scene on Bangall Road, they discovered he was intoxicated at the time of the crash, according to police.
Ba Xol had a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent, police said. The defendant was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear in Washington Town Court on Tuesday, according to police.
