Born in Hyde Park, Rossbach was a homemaker. She also volunteered at Northern Dutchess Hospital in the skilled nursing facility for many years.
Rossbach is survived by her grandson, Chad Rossbach and wife Lisa, of Hyde Park, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her her son, Charles Rossbach; husband Charles Rossbach; parents Chester and Ruth Bedford Randolph; sisters Barbara Wirch, Shirley Carrington, Virginia Gleasman, Carol Bohlinger and Ruth Ostrander; and brothers Gordon, Russell, Harold, Chester, Richard and Robert Randolph.
In keeping with Rossbach's wishes, cremation has taken place. Sweet's Funeral Home, in Hyde Park, assisted with arrangements.
