New York State Police troopers from Rhinebeck arrested Saugerties - in Ulster County - resident Annettee Stramel, this week, for allegedly striking her 21-year-old victim.
Following a state police investigation, which was aided by the Justice Center, it was determined that Stramel punched her victim in the leg while she was still employed at a local residential facility for people with developmental disabilities. The particular facility was not disclosed by police.
Stramel was issued an appearance ticket and is due to appear in the Town of Red Hook Court next week, on Thursday, June 22.
