HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum will commemorate the upcoming 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor with a new temporary exhibit.
The museum will highlight several of the pieces that will be on display in the exhibit over the next few weeks, such as a metal fragment from the USS Arizona, which was sunk during the Japanese attack on Dec. 7, 1941.
The U.S. Navy presented the library with the fragment this year.
“Day of Infamy: 24 Hours that Changed History" opens Thursday, June 30.
