Empire Center President Addressing Dutchess Chamber

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- E.J. McMahon, president of the Empire Center for Public Policy, will discuss issues related to the business community during his keynote address at the May Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, May 18 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel and Conference Center.

McMahon will highlight issues such as the minimum wage and the economic climate throughout New York. To help those in need of our assistance, the Chamber's Ambassador Committee has partnered with its Workforce Development Center to collect canned and dry goods at each Contact Breakfast. All donations are appreciated. 

Representatives from Beatrix Farrand Garden Association as well as Health Quest for Stroke Awareness will also be in attendance. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door for Chamber members; non-members can attend for $35.
