Severe Storms With Damaging Winds Possible In Hudson Valley

Downpours associated with Tropical Depression Cindy will arrive in the Hudson Valley Friday night into Saturday morning with isolated severe storms possible, according to the National Weather Service.

The storms have the potential to produce damaging wind gusts and a chance of flash flooding.

The storm chance continues through Saturday morning with heavy downpours expected to start the daylight hours Saturday before skies clear by early afternoon.

Saturday afternoon will be partly cloudy with a high in the low-80s.

The outlook for Sunday calls for mostly sunny skies and a high again in the low-80s.
