There was stop-and-go traffic on a stretch of the Taconic State Parkway after a crash initially blocked the right lane.
The crash, reported late Friday morning, was southbound at Bryant Pond Road in Putnam Valley with traffic backed up to Peekskill Hollow Road.
The lane reopened by 11 a.m.
