TYFL was formed in February 2012, and it consists of 12 member organizations located in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties.  Hyde Park joined the Taconic League  two years ago.

"It is truly amazing that our teams have become recognized as some of the most competitive in the league during such a short time," Langenau said.
