Dutchess Schools Announce Early Dismissals

Several school districts in the Hudson Mahopac have announced early dismissals because of slippery road conditions expected Friday afternoon, Dec. 22 from a storm.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 1 p.m. Friday to midnight Saturday in Putnam and Orange counties and from 4 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday in Dutchess.

These school districts will dismiss students early:

Putnam

Brewster Central School District

Carmel Central School District 

Haldane Central School District

Mahopac Central School District

Dutchess

Pine Plains Central School District

Red Hook Central School District

Rhinebeck Central School District

Wappingers Central School District
