A listing has been posted for the 4,291-square-foot Waccabuc estate in Lewisboro where Monroe and Miller wed in 1956 following her marriages to James Dougherty and Yankee great Joe DiMaggio.

The two would divorce five years later as Miller moved on to photographer Inge Morath.

Built in 1948, the French Country-style home on Lake Waccabuc was the property of Miller’s agent at the time of the wedding. It’s in a gated community with more than four acres of grounds surrounded by a forest. It sits across the entrance from the 16th hole of the Waccabuc Country Club Golf Course.

The property features four bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a guest room on the main floor that features an outside entrance. It has been listed by Susan Stillman of Houlihan Lawrence in Rye Brook. The listing can be found here.
