Are you all tired of Joel Tyner's behavior? Joe Tyner is ineffective because he is a self appointed full time Activist and not a Dutchess County Legislature!
Has Joel Tyner really built a consensus across party lines for meaningful Dutchess County Legislation that benefits all residents in his District of Rhinebeck and the Clinton, as he says he has? Look at his most recent action at the last Dutchess County Legislature meeting. He does not have any support from anyone including his own Democratic Party. Tyner is very disruptive and disrespectful at the legislature's meetings.
It is time for all voters within Dutchess County District 11 of Rhinebeck and Clinton to vote liberal activist Joel Tyner out of office so he can move to his mecca liberal city of Portland, Oregon after he loses. Joel would be much happier living there.
Please vote for Joan Carbonaro who will be our full time representative and work as a team with all. Not Like Joel Tyner...
