Not all true Lefist Activist Joel Tyner! I did copy you on a email about Hyde Park has not done a full property revaluation since early 1990's and they may be pushing their tax levy for school and county taxes onto other adjacent towns. This was in 2013 and 2014 and this issue has NOT been corrected by you Joel Tyner as of today 2017. We are still paying unfair higher Hyde Park School Taxes because Hyde Park refused to do a town wide revaluation recommended by NYS and their own Town Assessor. Hyde Park has gone out for quotes to do a revaluation and Team Hyde Park now refuses to do it. So please do not take credit for for saying we are no longer being unfairly punished with artificially high taxes from Hyde Park Central School District taxes.. I have also copied you on emails about this issue and you have not responded this year either.
Since you have NOT stayed on top of this issue or responded, you have NO idea the facts on this issue... and DID NOT Follow thru in the past 3 years and I have not heard from you.
If you also look at your online youtube video at your fake Clinton Town Hall debate, looks like 10 people to me. lol

It is a sad day when HPCSD BOE Member Kevin Sheehan attends the meeting in Clinton about high HPCSD taxes and tells all that it does not matter if the Democrats or Republicans are in charge in Hyde Park because NYS cannot make them do a revaluation that was quoted in the Hudson Valley News this week..
Clinton Town Assessor Teresa Stegner explained to the group that the assessment rate between the towns of Clinton and Hyde Park are so skewed that the equalization rate cannot properly kick-in, leaving those in Clinton to pick up an unfair share of the tax bill.
