RHINEBECK, N.Y. - A Hudson man accused of driving with a blood alcohol content greater than twice the legal limit is facing a misdemeanor drunken driving charge, according to police.
Marc W. Marrish was arrested Sunday after being pulled over by New York State Police for "erratic operation" on Route 9, according to authorities.
According to police, Marrish submitted to a breath test that measured his blood alcohol content at .21 percent, or more than twice the state's legal limit of .08 percent.
The 48-year-old was issued a ticket and later released without bail, according to police, who said that he is to appear in Rhinebeck Town Court on Jan. 12 to answer to a misdemeanor count of aggravated driving while intoxicated.
