Zachary MacIssac of Pine Plains was arrested at 6 p.m. Tuesday after sheriff deputies responded to a home on Hillside Village Road in Pine Plains for a report of a neighbor dispute, said Capt. John Watterson.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that the incident was actually a robbery and that money had been taken. Further investigation led to the arrest of MacIssac, who lives next door to the victim, Watterson said.

MacIsaac is accused forcibly taking approximately $40 in cash from the victim while at their residence, Watterson added.

He was charged with felony robbery and is being held at the Dutchess County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
