New Paltz Man Charged In Theft Of $4,000 From Mohonk Mountain House

NEW PALTZ, N.Y. -- A former employee of the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz is facing felony charges in connection with the theft of $4,000 from the resort’s safe, police told The Poughkeepsie Journal.

Police have accused Liam B. Farrell, 26, of New Paltz, of grand larceny and falsifying business records, The Poughkeepsie Journal reported.

Farrell, who was a general cashier at the resort, was arraigned, given a court date for late April, and released, The Poughkeepsie Journal story said.
