Hyde Park Man Gets Prison Term For Cell Phone, Credit Card Theft

HYDE PARK, N.Y. – A Hyde Park man is headed to state prison after he was sentenced for stealing a cell phone and credit card in July, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

State Police said that 27-year-old Joseph Milone stole the phone and card out of a car in LaGrange and used it in Poughkeepsie, noted the Journal.

Milone was sentenced to two and a half to five years in prison as a second felony offender, reported the Poughkeepsie Journal.

He will also have to pay restitution on the purchases made with the stolen card, the Journal said.
