The search warrant, which was executed on Tuesday, Oct. 10, was a result of an investigation into narcotics sales taking place at and around Anna Avenue in the Town of Fishkill.

Rocco Guida Jr., who lives in the residence searched on Anna Avenue, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, a Class B felony.

He was arraigned in Town of Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $100,000 bail. Additional charges may be pending.

Brown heroin, a less-soluble form of heroin, is usually smoked rather than injected or snorted.
