Dutchess County Courts Sentence Man To 10 Years For Criminal Sex Act

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Dutchess County Courts sentenced a Plattekill man to 10 years in prison on Tuesday for committing a criminal sex act, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Rahsaan Perry, 34, pleaded guilty to the charges in October. He will also have to serve 20 years probation upon his release and pay $1,425 in fines and surcharges, the Poughkeepsie Journal reported.
