DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - A 21-year-old Poughkeepsie man is awaiting charges of possessing child porn, City of Poughkeepsie Police said Tuesday night.

Sebastian Martin is being held at a City of Poughkeepsie Police cell block, awaiting his arraignment in City of Poughkeepsie Court on the charge of promoting the sexual performance of a child, a felony.
