RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- Linda A. Russell, 68, of Rhinebeck, died Oct. 4.
She was born May 18, 1948 in Rhinebeck, the daughter of the late Phillip and Gladys (Ackert) Arsenault.
She was a family-oriented woman; she loved watching her grandkids play sports and hosting all of the holidays in her home. She also enjoyed bingo, taking photographs and using Shutterfly to print them.
She worked many years in the dairy industry, working for all the big companies, including Silver Lake Dairy, HB Hood and most recently, Crowley.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald S. Russell; children, Kevin and his wife Dawn and Stephen and his wife Kim; grandchildren, Austin, Samantha, Bethany, Nicholas, Katie and Brian; and siblings, William (Louise) Arsenault, Joseph (Maggie) Arsenault, Phillip (Gloria) Arsenault, Barbara Borneman and Nancy Young.
She was predeceased by a son, Scott; and siblings, Ada Barry and Robert Arsenault.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 W. Market St., Rhinebeck. Inurnment will be at the Rhinebeck Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
