According to Det. Lt. Matt Clark, the elderly man, who had recently suffered a stroke, was robbed after leaving a local store in which the men had been standing behind him.

The men, described as two white males, approached the man and while blocking him from leaving went through his pockets taking his wallet and cash, Clark said.

The two were last seen running away on foot toward Main Street, he added.

Video from the store shows the two men standing behind the victim while he is at the register and following him out of the store, Clark said.

Police are asking for help in identifying the two men in order to interview them regarding the robbery, he added.
