Police Release New Photos In Rhinebeck Teen Hit-Run Investigation

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Rhinebeck Police have released two photos of the minivan that hit a pedestrian on Tuesday, Feb. 21, and left the scene, leaving the victim lying in the crosswalk on Mill Street.

The hit-and-run took place around 3:50 p.m. when a 19-year-old man was struck by the minivan traveling southbound in the Village of Rhinebeck, police said.

At the time of the accident, the pedestrian was in the crosswalk by the American Legion and the Citgo Gas Station. He received injuries to his leg and was transported to a local hospital, police said
