TIVOLI, N.Y. -- It’s hard to resist the summertime combo of sipping and noshing outdoors. All you need is some sun (or shade) and your choice of a secluded patio, sidewalk seating, waterside dining or a rooftop deck -- and someone else doing the cooking, cleaning and serving.
