HYDE PARK, N.Y. – Pangea, a pop-up plant-forward restaurant, will bloom again at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park.
Carnivores can relax; while Pangea’s globally conscious menu relies heavily on veggies and greens, it also serves meats and seafood.
The restaurant will be open on Tuesdays through Saturdays through June 16.
Dinner is served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; lunch, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Pangea is located in the school’s General Foods Nutrition Center.
