HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- The Culinary Institute of America has brought back pop-up restaurant Pangea for a second year.
Pangea offers plant-forward, globally-inspired cuisine with thoughtful use of meat and seafood with the protection of the world's food resources in mind. Its selections also celebrate and bring together diverse cultural influences and flavors.
The pop-up is inside the General Foods Nutrition Center at the CIA.
Four Choices are $28 per person. Patrons can choose from 12 savories and six sweets.
Pangea is open Tuesday through Saturday. Dinner is served from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. through June 16. Lunch service is from 11:30 to 1 p.m. through May 5.
Pangea will be closed on Sundays, Mondays and major holidays.
The Culinary Institute of America is at 1946 Campus Drive in Hyde Park.
