The killer is out there.

That's the stark reality two teenagers face in the second episode of "Eyewitness," the USA Network drama based in Tivoli in Dutchess County.

The new episode, called "Bless the Beast and the Children," airs 10 p.m. Sunday.

The two, Philip (played by actor Tyler Young) and Lukas (actor James Paxton), students at Red Hook High School, witnessed a triple homicide while meeting secretly in a cabin in the woods in the show's premiere Sunday, Oct. 18.

Meanwhile, Philip's foster mother, Tivoli Sheriff Helen Torrance ( actress Julianne Nicholson), investigates the case unaware Philip witnessed the murders.

The first episode drew 765,000 viewers, according to cable ratings.
