Taste Brew On Red Hook Tavern Tour Stop

RED HOOK, N.Y. -- The Elmendorph Inn in Red Hook is the next stop on the Dutchess County Historic Tavern Trail tour Friday, July 8.

The historic inn will host a tasting of local brews, booze and beverages, and hors d'oeuvres.

This Tavern Trail brings history and local cuisine together, while introducing visitors to iconic places such as the Elmendorph, which is the oldest building in Red Hook.

Each stop features a brief portrait of the site’s history. 

There will be tastings by Hudson Valley Distillery, From the Ground Brewery and Tousey Winery. 

Also, Tost will offer a locally made, non-alcoholic sparkling beverage, and there will be hors d'oeuvres from Red Hook eateries. A raffle will be offered.

Tickets are $5 per person and can be paid at the door. 

The tasting event is from 6 to 8 p.m. at the inn located at the corner of North Broadway (Route 9) and Cherry Street, Red Hook, N.Y.
