Summer Reading Kickoff Carnival Comes To Rhinebeck Next Saturday

RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- The Starr Library is hosting its Summer Reading Kickoff Carnival on Saturday, July 9, with a wide variety of activities for kids.

The day will feature painting, games, tattoos, ice cream and a raffle. Register online here, or by calling 845-876-4030.
