The mixer is set for 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 15 at the site, 330 Morton Road, Rhinebeck. It is sponsored by Vicki Haak, a Rhinebeck financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial and past chamber president.

Open to members and non-members alike, the After Hours event is an opportunity for local businesspeople to meet and share ideas while visiting local spots, chamber officials said. For more details and to RSVP, visit the chamber's website.

Wilderstein is located on a wooded bluff overlooking the Hudson River in Rhinebeck, and consists of a Queen Anne style country house and 40 acres of scenic grounds created over a century ago.

The landscape includes a network of carriage drives, walks and trails with rustic gazebos and sheltered garden seats, and a three-mile trail system throughout the property.

Wilderstein’s grounds are open year-round, daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For details on Wilderstein, visit the website.

Light refreshments will be served, with wines selected by Old Mill Wine & Spirits in Rhinebeck. Though it is a complimentary event, chamber officials ask that those interested register on the chamber's website.
