Red Hook Library Teaches Science With Food

RED HOOK, N.Y. -- Kids can "Take a Bite of Science" Saturday at Red Hook Public Library.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., kids in grades 2-5 will learn about the chemistry of cabbage, find the iron in cereal, make their own fizzy lemonade and get to know their taste buds.
