No Humbugs Here, Dickens Characters To Mingle With Rhinebeck Diners

RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- You’ve seen Ebenezer Scrooge and Tiny Tim from a theater seat. This season, why not dine with them?

Ebenezer Scrooge will be one of the "Christmas Carol" characters mingling with folks at a Victorian dinner at the Beekman Arms-Delamater Inn on Saturday, Dec. 12.

The Beekman Arms - Delamater Inn in Rhinebeck is hosting a three-course dinner and reception with the characters from Charles Dickens’s classic “A Christmas Carol” from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 16.

Carolers in authentic Victorian costumes will provide the background music.

Tickets cost $50. Reservations are required.
