Learn To Make Cheese At Red Hook Public Library

RED HOOK, N.Y. -- Learn all about artisanal cheese making at the Red Hook Public Library.

Participants will learn the science behind cheese. Several artisanal varieties will be discussed, followed by a live demonstration of cheese making.

The event will start at 5:30 pm, Tuesday, Dec. 8.

Participants will leave with a recipe to try at home.
