HYDE PARK, N. Y. -- Fall's annual apple harvest is featured on the menu Nov. 12 during a special lunch and dinner event at American Bounty Restaurant in Hyde Park.
Diners can enjoy apple creations in every course. There will also be tastings of a variety of apple ciders, along with apple spirits in a buffet hosted by the Montgomery Place orchard manager.
An all-inclusive lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. at the restaurant, part of the Culinary Institute of America, 1946 Campus Drive, Hyde Park. Tickets are $75 and should be purchased in advance.
The same is true for dinner, which is served at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for dinner are $110 each.
