Brewster Alzheimer's Association Holds Volunteer Orientation Meeting

SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- Getting to know each other and what the organization is all about will be the agenda for the Brewster Alzheimer's Association volunteer orientation meeting on Monday, Feb. 29.

Alzheimer’s is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States. Watch to learn the latest facts on the impact of Alzheimer’s disease.

This will be an opportunity for new and old volunteers and staff to get to know each other and to share ideas about what the best way they as volunteers, and the organization might move forward in the mission of making Alzheimer's disease nothing but a memory. The group will also brainstorm fundraising ideas.

The meeting will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Association, 46 Mount Ebo Road North in Southeast. Reservations are required. Call 800-272-3900.
