The evening is a benefit supporting Arts Mid-Hudson and CIA student scholarships. “Cheers to the Beers” will include a cocktail hour and silent auction followed by a four-course meal complete with beer pairings. During the dinner, guest speaker Adam Dulye, a 1997 CIA graduate and executive chef of the Brewers Association, will talk about the pairing of craft beer and fine cuisine. A guitarist and violinist will provide live music throughout the evening.
For this capstone project of their foodservice management course, the class conceived the event’s theme and is completely managing “Cheers to the Beers” through planning and execution. Putting together everything they have learned in their four years of education at the CIA, the students are working in finance, marketing, food and service teams to create a memorable evening for two good causes.
Tickets are $95 per person, including tax and service. A portion of the ticket price is tax deductible. Click here to view the menu and to make reservations.
