The presentation, “Healthy Living for your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research,” is to discuss healthy habits that can be adopted early to aid general and brain health later in life.
The workshop is expected to cover four areas of lifestyle habits associated with healthy aging, including cognitive activity, exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement, according to event organizers.
The event is scheduled for 2 p.m. on July 20 at the East Fishkill Library, 348 Route 376.
