5th Annual Walk For Celiac Disease To Cross Walkway Over The Hudson

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The fifth annual Mid-Hudson Walk for Celiac Disease is set for Sunday, May 22 at the Walkway Over the Hudson's Highland Side.

The Mid-Hudson Walk for Celiac Disease will move over Poughkeepsie's Walkway Over the Hudson.

Registration for the event opens at 10 a.m. while the walk actually is to begin at 11 a.m.

A gluten-free fair is scheduled to follow with music, information and gluten-free food.

The Mid-Hudson Walk for Celiac Disease costs $20 for those who pre-register and $25 for those who register on the day of the event.

All proceeds from the walk will benefit the Digestive Disease Center Community Fund and the ongoing research taking place at the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University.
